• Perishable & Clean-Label Handling: Due to the preservative-free and natural nature of our food items, proper storage instructions provided upon delivery must be followed. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage by the customer or carrier delays.
  
  
• Delays: We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.

• Perishable Goods Policy: Due to the consumable and preservative-free nature of our food products, all food sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted once delivered, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  
  
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof and your order number. Approved replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  
  
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched for shipping. Once an order is in transit or custom-packed, it cannot be cancelled.
