We reserve the right to make minor changes to products or packaging where necessary without materially changing the nature of the product.

The Enwrap is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, names, spellings and other information.

Once artwork or customisation has been approved, changes may not be possible without additional charges or a revised delivery timeline.

The Enwrap is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

8. CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS

Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to specific:

  • Customisation charges
  • Packaging requirements
  • Delivery arrangements

These terms will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.

For large or customised orders, production will generally begin only after the required advance payment and final approval of product, artwork and packaging details.

9. PAYMENT

Payment methods available on the website or through The Enwrap may include online payment methods, bank transfers or other methods communicated by us.

For customised and corporate orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, orders will not be dispatched until the applicable payment requirements have been fulfilled.
