SHIPPING POLICY 

For Mumbai -

All orders will be delivered within 2 days of order confirmation. If an order is placed the day before, on a public holiday or a day of an Indian Festival it may take up to 4 days from the day of order confirmation. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email or whatsapp.

For Pan India -

Shipping within India via third party for orders. We ship from our Mumbai kitchen. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3–7 days. We deliver with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email. Please note : any damages during shipping we are not liable for the damage in transit.

For Bulk orders -

Bulk Order products take working 10 - 15 days to dispatch. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.


Incase your product has melted or softened in transit, you have nothing to worry Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (Please note: if a product melts in transit, we will not be able to replace it)

Shipping Charges -
The total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the type of delivery selected and the final weight / volume of the package to be delivered. 

Product Storage - 

All our products are heat sensitive. Kindly store in an ambient temperature.

We will ensure good protection while we package and dispatch, However despite that we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt, specially during the hot summer days.
