All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or change descriptions, pricing, and availability without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
We accept online payments through secure gateways. All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual

All content, including images, text, and logos, is the property of The Enwrap and may not be used without our written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Return, Refund & cancellation Policy

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.

We strive to deliver the best quality products. Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we donot offer returns and refunds. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if :

The product was damaged in transit.
You received the wrong item.
However, please notify us immediately for investigation by sending an email at theenwrap@gmail.com
or call us on + 91 9819814583.
Requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for :

Perishable goods like chocolates, sweets, brownies, and snacks
Customized or personalized items
Opened or used products

3. Refunds

Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are not applicable for delayed delivery due to courier delays beyond our control.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order as we prepare all the products fresh for your order, by contacting us at +91 9819814583.
However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order after 12 hours
Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed, shipped, or customized.

We deliver across India to help you share sweet moments with your loved ones. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Time

Each order is processed within 1–3 business days from the confirmation of order.

Delivery durations depend on your location and type of shipping selected at check out.

Delivery typically takes:

Local Delivery (Mumbai Only): orders are usually delivered within 1 - 2 days.
Outside Mumbai: 4–7 business days
Orders received after 5pm will be considered placed only the next working day. The delivery will be processed only the day after.
Larger orders (above 50 pcs) would take longer. We will confirm the duration of delivery via call or email.
Please consider extra working days around festivals and public holidays.

2. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable and registered courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.

3. Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Few of our products are heat sensitive and perishable with a shelf life, so please make sure you are available to accept delivery at the promised time by the delivery partner.
In case you are sending a gift, please provide the complete address including the pincode and contact details of the receiver.
We do offer COD services for local delivery within Mumbai only .
In case your product has melted or softened in transit; you have nothing to worry Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Please note: If a product melts in transit, we will not be able to replace it.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit.
Every request is treated as an individual case.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Please ensure all details (especially delivery address and recipient name) are correct at checkout.

5. Shipping Charges

The total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the type of delivery selected and the final weight / volume of the package to be delivered.
